A genuine devotee of Lord Krishna will treat everyone equally.

By qualifications or skills developed, a person may be a toilet cleaner or a Temple priest. A genuine devotee will treat the toilet cleaner and Tempe priest equally. By giving them the same food, same seating, gifts, etc..

A servant engages in low grade work but his master who is a genuine devotee will treat the servants equally by letting them sit on the same Sofas and chairs as himself.

In the eyes of Lord Krishna, the service performed by a cleaner and a priest in a Temple is 100% of the same value.

A genuine devotee will not make any distinctions between people of different colors, nations, communities, and work occupations. He will see everyone as equals and treat everyone equally.

“When a man is nonenvious and does not desire ill fortune for anyone, he is equipoised. For such a person, all directions appear happy.” (Shrimad-Bhagavatam 9.19.15)

“The humble sages, by virtue of true knowledge, see with equal vision a learned and gentle brāhmaṇa, a cow, an elephant, a dog and a dog-eater [outcaste].” (Bhagavad-Gita 5.18)

“I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me, and I am also a friend to him.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagaavd-Gita 9.29)
