So why are Hindus so Peaceful and Non-violent?

The simple answer is that they follow the most merciful, loving, proven, and seen God, Lord Krishna. He orders His followers to love all living beings, and thus His followers are so peaceful and non-violent.

“He quickly becomes righteous and attains lasting peace. O son of Kuntī, declare it boldly that My devotee never perishes.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.31)

“O scion of Bharata, surrender unto Him utterly. By His grace you will attain transcendental peace and the supreme and eternal abode.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 18.62)

In the above verses, the eternal, seen, and proven God, Lord Krishna is declaring that His devotees become righteous and attain lasting peace. This is 100% accurate based on the actions of the followers of Lord Krishna, the Hindus.

“I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me, and I am also a friend to him. ” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.29)

Lord Krishna is equal to all living beings, be it Hindus, Christians, Muslims, atheists, and even the animals. He loves everyone and He wants everyone to go back to the spiritual kingdom, called Vaikuntha, where everyone lives eternally in complete bliss.

The Hindus should consider themselves very fortunate and the others can also become very fortunate by following a God with a proven history of making humans peaceful and non-violent.  Lord Krishna is for everyone and He wants to take everyone back to the spiritual manisfestation, nobody is rejected by Lord Krishna.

“Even if one commits the most abominable action, if he is engaged in devotional service he is to be considered saintly because he is properly situated in his determination.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.30)

Even if one is very sinnful upto now, just  accept Lord Krishna, and He will erase all your past sins, provided you stop sinning from today.

“Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend.  Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear. ” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 18.65-66)

Statistics Don’t Lie

There are around 1 billion followers of Sanatan-Dharma in the world, assuming a world population of 7.5 billion, this represent 13.33% of the world population. Based on statistics, if the proportion of violent people in the world coming from a Sanatan-Dharma background is <13.33%, then there is a correlation between peacefulness and Sanatan-Dharma following. Since the number of violent actions carried out by Hindus in the world is <0.0001%. There is very significant correlation between peacefulness and Sanatan-Dharma following. Thus based on statistics, Sanatan-Dharma is by far the most peaceful religion in the world. The number of violent acts carried out by anyone in the name of Krishna is <0.0000001%, and thus Lord Krishna is the real most merciful and loving God, who makes humans also merciful and loving.

Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend.  Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 18.65-66)
