Basic Vedic Culture

Basic Vedic Culture

In the past at weddings, there were in many cases thousands of people invited for the wedding functions. The whole village/Town people were invited. This is the Vedic culture and tradition for weddings.

Now days only a few are invited at weddings.  The modern mentality is to have the wedding at the most expensive place and invite just a few, because it’s too expensive to invite many. The idea is to show off by having the wedding in an expensive venue. In many weddings, the couple families have known some people for more than 30 years, but they will not get invited, due to the limited mentality of inviting a few. For example, Instead of buying and giving 100 items to 100 people, 1 each. The modern mentality is to buy the same item but wrapped in very expensive wrapping paper and get only 10 items for the same cost as buying 100 items with no wrapping. Then give only to 10 people and forget the other 90 people. Everything is for showing off to others, no real feelings, nor love for anyone.

Why Were Marriages a Success in the Past?

Here is one practical answer.

In the past, marriages were a success, because everyone was invited and well taken care of. The result of this is that everyone blessed the couple with success and there was success. Now days, most friends/relatives are not invited and thus there are very few blessings and many curses from those who have not been invited. The result is failure, marriage problems and divorce.

On should hold a function at a reasonable cost venue and invite more people, instead of holding at very expensive venue and inviting only a few. Show love, not money spending power. It is love that will make people truly happy, not show of money spending power.

Believe it or not but blessings and cursing do work. The science behind this is that God satisfies our wishes and desires to certain degree. We should always bless others a healthy, peaceful, and spiritual life with God in the center. We should never curse others, even if they don’t invite you.

Serving People

The Vedic culture is that people should have the heart to want to serve people by inviting them, and feeding them.  Now days, some people have no heart. If a visitor calls, they are told not to come. In the past, it was normal for people to host more than 100 people for lunch/dinner. Now days if someone calls a friend and tells them that 20 are coming for lunch/dinner. The friend would have a heart attack, he cannot conceive serving just 20 people.

In the past, there were many who used to have the heart to feed the whole village/town on a regular basis at least once a year. Now days, for many, it’s beyond their wildest thinking to invite the whole village/town.

When Someone is Sick

If someone is sick, the Vedic culture is to visit them in person and not on silly face books, and do something to help them, like taking food items, and physically nursing them. Now days, when someone is sick, some people will simply phone and wish them speedy recovery. That’s all, there is no physical presence. Sweet words don’t help anyone, It’s the physical actions that help people.

Visiting Cement Buildings Results in Materialistic Mentality

In the past, people used to visit people, this is the Vedic culture. By visiting people, there is at least guidance from others which is very important. By visiting old people, one will get many good ideas on tackling life situations, because the old have been through it and they can save others a lot of hassle, time, money, and energy. Now days, most people have no interest in visiting people, they only want to visit cement buildings and Cities. Unfortunately, Cities and buildings give no guidance and only make the mind more materialistic. Everyone needs good guidance in life at every stage of his/her life. The guidance only comes from other people and not buildings and cities.

it’s due to the modern mentality that the lives of people have become more complex, high stress, non-compatible, and more disagreements in marriage, friendships, and business.

Compassion and service to others are two very important aspects of Vedic culture. By giving what one has to others is renunciation of material life, the qualification for entry to the spiritual manifestation. By serving others, one becomes humble, another qualification for entrance to the spiritual manifestation.

Those who are free from false prestige, illusion and false association, who understand the eternal, who are done with material lust, who are freed from the dualities of happiness and distress, and who, unbewildered, know how to surrender unto the Supreme Person attain to that eternal kingdom. That supreme abode of Mine is not illumined by the sun or moon, nor by fire or electricity. Those who reach it never return to this material world.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 15.5-6)

The Prescribed Duties for Women

The Prescribed Duties for Women

In Sanatan-Dharma, the females are given the highest respects. The Vedic teaching is that the name of the wife must come before the name of the husband in announcements and invitations. Even the supreme person’s name, Lord Krishna, has to come after His eternal female consort’s name. For example, we say ‘Radha Krishna’ and never ‘Krishna Radha’.  ‘Laxmi  Narayan’, ‘Sita Ram’ and so on.

In some other religions, their scriptures clearly teach and their followers have a clear history of taking females captive and making them into sex slaves. This is considered most barbaric by Vedic standards.

The topmost devotees of Lord Krishna are all women, these are called Gopis. This is another proof of the high regard women have in Sanatan-Dharma.

There are some Vedic followers who treat women badly. Such people will never get away, they will be punished. Due to lack of preaching what is stated in the Vedic scriptures, people become corrupt and mistreat others.  It is the responsibility of Temples to teach people what is taught by the Vedic scriptures, and guide the public in the right direction. Otherwise the public becomes misguided and corrupt. Merely going to Temples does not make one pious nor religious, one must follow the instructions in the Vedic scriptures. Which is to behave properly and thus be kind to everyone, especially to the females. This is the Vedic teaching.

“One who is not envious but who is a kind friend to all living entities, who does not think himself a proprietor, who is free from false ego and equal both in happiness and distress, who is always satisfied and engaged in devotional service with determination and whose mind and intelligence are in agreement with Me-he is very dear to Me.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 12-13-14)

The Four Principles for all Women to Follow

“To render service to the husband, to be always favorably disposed toward the husband, to be equally well disposed toward the husband’s relatives and friends, and to follow the vows of the husband — these are the four principles to be followed by women described as chaste.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.11.25)
Personal and Household Duties for all Women

“A chaste woman must dress nicely and decorate herself with golden ornaments for the pleasure of her husband. Always wearing clean and attractive garments, she should sweep and clean the household with water and other liquids so that the entire house is always pure and clean. She should collect the household paraphernalia and keep the house always aromatic with incense and flowers and must be ready to execute the desires of her husband. Being modest and truthful, controlling her senses, and speaking in sweet words, a chaste woman should engage in the service of her husband with love, according to time and circumstances.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.11.26-27)

All Women Must be Religious

“When irreligion is prominent in the family, O Kṛṣṇa, the women of the family become polluted, and from the degradation of womanhood, O descendant of Vṛṣṇi, comes unwanted progeny.” (Bhagavad-Gita 1.40)

When women become irreligious or they have no real interest in religion, they create children who become corrupted and develop evil and materialistic mentalities. The Vedic women who have no Vedic knowledge, will fall prey to those who follow evil ideologies like taking women captive and making them into sex slaves. When humans develop atheistic and evil mentalities, they fall down into the material pool of animal existence. The existence of animals is proof of this, the souls in animal bodies were once in human bodies.

A father who is not religious and/or does not teach his children the Vedic principles, must keep one eye on his daughters and the other on his property, otherwise the evil people will take them.

“A chaste woman should not be greedy, but satisfied in all circumstances. She must be very expert in handling household affairs and should be fully conversant with religious principles. She should speak pleasingly and truthfully and should be very careful and always clean and pure. Thus a chaste woman should engage with affection in the service of a husband who is not fallen.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.11.28)

Women who Follow their Prescribed Duties will Go Back to the Spiritual Manifestation and live Eternally in Complete Bliss

“The woman who engages in the service of her husband, following strictly in the footsteps of the goddess of fortune, surely returns home, back to Godhead, with her devotee husband, and lives very happily in the Vaikuṇṭha planets. (Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.11.29)

Some religions actually teach that hell is full of women, this is the low regard they have for women. Sanatan-Dharma teaches that the women can become the topmost devotees of God, Lord Krishna. The Gopis are women and they are the topmost devotees of Lord Krishna. They live in complete bliss with God in the spiritual manifestation.

Who Can Be Called God?

Who Can Be Called God?

It is very important to understand the basic features of God, so one can tell the difference between the real God and an imposter. Only one who has proven Himself to be Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent, can be called God. Based on these basic features, only one person has proved that He is Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent. That person is Lord Krishna. There is ZERO evidence for the gods of other beliefs having and proving these three features. This is because, God is One, and thus only one person has these features, Lord Krishna.

God Is OMnipresent

God is present everywhere at the same time. If you read all the documents on the planet, you will only find one tangible person who has declared and proved Himself as OMnipresent.

“Of Vibrations I am the transcendental OM.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.25)

Lord Krishna is all that begins with OM, He is OMnipresent, OMniscient, and OMnipotent.

“I am seated in everyone’s heart.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 15.15)

“I am the super soul, situated within the heart of all living beings. I am the origin, the middle, and the end of all living beings.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.20)

Lord Krishna is present in the heart of all living beings, including the plants and animals as the super soul, next to the individual soul.

“The Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is greater than all, is attainable by unalloyed devotion. Although He is present in His abode, He is all-pervading, and everything is situated within Him.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 8.22)

Lord Krishna is always present on His planet called Goloka Vrndavana, and He is also present everywhere in millions of universes.

“Although I am the maintainer of all living entities and although I am everywhere, I am not a part of this cosmic manifestation, for My Self is the very source of creation.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.5)

“I enter into each planet, and by My energy they stay in orbit.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 15.13)

Lord Krishna keeps millions of planets in orbit by His inconceivable energy. He is aloof and not bound by material nature.

“I exist within everything, and I am therefore the essence of the atomic constituents of material elements. (Lord Krishna, Srimad-Bhagavatam 11.15.12)

Lord Krishna is present in every atom.

God Is OMniscient

God has all knowledge, complete awareness, can perceive everything, and He knows the past, present, and the future. If you read all the documents on the planet, you will only find one real tangible person who has declared and proved Himself as OMniscient.

“The Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krsna, said: I instructed this imperishable science of yoga to the sun-god, Vivasvan, and Vivasvan instructed it to Manu, the father of mankind, and Manu in turn instructed it to Iksvaku.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 4.1)

The knowledge of self-realization, the Bhagavad-Gita, has been spoken on this planet and beyond in millions of universes by Lord Krishna, the Godhead. He spoke it to Vivasvan, the person who controls the sun planet, some 120 million years ago.

“That very ancient science of the relationship with the Supreme is today told by Me to you because you are My devotee as well as My friend and can therefore understand the transcendental mystery of this science.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 4.3)

The knowledge of the science of God was first spoken in this universe, 155.522 trillion years ago and last spoken 5000 years ago by the same person, Lord Krishna.

“The Personality of Godhead said: Many, many births both you and I have passed. I can remember all of them, but you cannot.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 4.5)

“As the Supreme Personality of Godhead, I know everything that has happened in the past, all that is happening in the present, and all things that are yet to come. I also know all living entities; but Me no one knows.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 7.26)

Lord Krishna has an eternal spiritual body and He can remember all His past appearances. He also knows the complete past, present, and the future of all the zillions of living entities on this and millions of other universes. He knows exactly what every living entity is doing at every second, because Lord Krishna is in the heart of all living beings as the super soul and the witness. We cannot even remember everything we did in the last hour, but Lord Krishna knows exactly what you, all living entities, and I, have done at every second in the past trillions of years.

God is OMnipotent

God has unlimited power and opulence. If you read all the documents on the planet, you will only find one real tangible person who has declared and proved Himself as OMnipotent.

“With a single fragment of Myself I pervade and support this entire universe.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.42)

Lord Krishna is so powerful that with a single particle of Himself, He creates and maintains millions of universes.

“There is no end to My divine manifestations. What I have spoken to you is but a mere indication of My infinite opulences.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.40)

Lord Krishna has unlimited forms and unlimited opulence.

“At the end of the millennium all material manifestations enter into My nature, and at the beginning of another millennium, by My potency, I create them again.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.7)

In this verse, millennium means 311.040 trillion years, this is the lifespan of this universe and this is the time it takes Lord Krishna in His expansion as Maha-Visnu to inhale or exhale just once.  When Maha-Visnu exhales, millions of universes come out from His body pores and when He inhales, they all go back into His body. We are currently 155.522 trillion years into the current exhalation, this is the current age of the universe, and thus we have another 155.518 trillion years to go before the end of the universe and current cycle. For us, 100 years is a long time, but for Maha-Visnu, 311.040 trillion years is just one breath. This is how great Lord Krishna (God) is.

“The whole cosmic order is under Me. Under My will it is automatically manifested again and again, and under My will it is annihilated at the end.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.8)

Lord Krishna is in full control of the whole cosmic creation, comprising of millions of universes. By His will, there is creation, maintenance, and destruction. The power of Lord Krishna is inconceivable and completely beyond our material conception.

Be Conscious

Be conscious to accept a proven creator and not just a name. Anyone can say X is God and the proof of X being God is this creation. This is a nonsensical statement. Those who have some spiritual intelligence will ask what is the proof that X created and it wasn’t Y or Z or K? the answer will be ZERO PROOF.

Be conscious to accept a descent person as a spiritual master:

  • A person who is free from violence
  • A person who does not incite hate towards anyone
  • A person who does not have sex with children
  • A person who does not have multiple sex partners
  • A person who does not have sex outside marriage
  • A person who does not behead people
  • A person who does not order people to be beheaded
  • A person who does not instill terror into others
  • A person who does not loot
  • A person who does not engage in raids
  • A person who does not engage in wars
  • A person who does not order women to be taken captive
  • A person who does not take women captive
  • A person who does not order women to be made into sex slaves
  • A person who does not make women into his sex slaves
  • A person who does not divide humans into believers and unbelievers purely based on their beliefs
  • A person who does not curse others to a life of hell
  • A person who does not instill fear into others to change their beliefs
  • A person who is not attached to women
  • A person who allows free thinking
  • A person who allows questioning

Reject hate, violence, lust, slavery, theft, and greed. Embrace love, non-violence, peace, and compassion for all living beings.

Vedic Teaching – LOVE ALL , LIKE ALL

“Humility; pridelessness; nonviolence; tolerance; simplicity; approaching a bona fide spiritual master; cleanliness; steadiness; self-control; renunciation of the objects of sense gratification; absence of false ego; the perception of the evil of birth, death, old age and disease; detachment; freedom from entanglement with children, wife, home and the rest; even-mindedness amid pleasant and unpleasant events; constant and unalloyed devotion to Me; aspiring to live in a solitary place; detachment from the general mass of people; accepting the importance of self-realization; and philosophical search for the Absolute Truth – all these I declare to be knowledge, and besides this whatever there may be is ignorance.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 13.8-12)

“My dear Arjuna he who engages in My pure devotional service, free from the contaminations of fruitive activities and mental speculation, he who works for Me, who makes Me the supreme goal of his life, and who is friendly to every living being – he certainly comes to Me. ” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 11.55)

The Science of the Soul

The Science of the Soul

Anyone can see that the material bodies of living beings (humans, plants, and animals) are different and temporary. Within each and every body of living beings, there is the soul, which is equal and eternal. This is the first and most important teaching in the Bhagavad-Gita from Lord Krishna. This teaching is unique to Sanatan-Dharma and it comes from God directly, Lord Krishna. There is ZERO knowledge on the science of the soul in the scriptures of other religions.

All living beings (humans, plants, and animals) have a soul:

  • All souls are equal, one soul is neither inferior nor superior to another
  • All souls are eternal
  • Every soul has an eternal companion relationship with the Supreme
  • Every soul is a family member of the Supreme (part of the Supreme)
  • Every soul is full of knowledge, and completely blissful
  • The soul cannot be destroyed by any weapon, burned, blown, or moistened
  • The soul is neither male nor female
  • The soul is neither black nor white
  • The soul is not Indian, nor American, nor African
  • The soul is not Hindu, nor Christian, nor Muslim
  • The soul is neither diseased nor healthy
  • One soul is neither richer nor poorer than another
  • The soul is neither old nor young
  • The soul has no weight and cannot be seen with the naked eye
  • The soul is situated in the heart of all living beings
  • The size of the soul is 1/10,000th of the tip of the hair

The Fundamental Law of Physics (Conservation of Energy)

Energy cannot be destroyed but it can change forms.

We (the soul) are the energy and the body is the form. When our current form (the body) is destroyed, we change into another form (another body).

“As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 2.22)

We Are The Eternal Soul And Not The Temporary Body

When a person dies, we say ‘he passed away’, but the body is right in front of us. This implies there are 2 entities, the ‘body’ and the ‘he’. The ‘he’ is the soul, the real person. This is the first teaching from the Bhagavad-Gita, the real ‘he’ is the soul and not the body. The body is temporary but the ‘he’  is eternal. Where has he (the soul) passed away to? Another body.

“As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change. “ (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 2.13)

“That which pervades the entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 2.17)

“The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 2.23)

We Are All Eternal

“Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 2.12)

Number of Species (bodies) That The Soul Can Occupy

“jalaja nava lakshani, sthavara laksha-vimshati, krimayo rudra-sankhyakah, pakshinam dasha-lakshanam, trinshal-lakshani pashavah, chatur lakshani manavah” (Padma Purana)

Jalaja (Water based life forms) – 0.9 million
Sthavara (Immobile implying plants and trees) – 2.0 million
Krimayo (Reptiles) – 1.1 million
Pakshinam (Birds) – 1.0 million
Pashavah (animals) – 3.0 million
Manavah (human-like) – 0.4 million

Total 8.4 million species of living beings.

A soul occupies a particular body, exactly based on its desires and deserves.

“The living entity in material nature thus follows the ways of life, enjoying the three modes of nature. This is due to his association with that material nature. Thus he meets with good and evil among various species.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 13.22)

Who Is The Origin Of All Living Beings?

“Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being – moving or nonmoving – that can exist without Me.“ (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.39)

“It should be understood that all species of life, O son of Kunti, are made possible by birth in this material nature, and that I am the seed-giving father.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 14.4)

Do We All Belong To God?

“Having obtained real knowledge from a self-realized soul, you will never fall again into such illusion, for by this knowledge you will see that all living beings are but part of the Supreme, or, in other words, that they are Mine.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 4.35)

Worship and Serve The Only Seen and Proven God

Worship and Serve The Only Seen and Proven God

“The whole cosmic order is under Me. Under My will it is automatically manifested again and again, and under My will it is annihilated at the end.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.8)

“I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who perfectly know this engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.8)

“Furthermore, O Arjuna, I am the generating seed of all existences. There is no being –moving or nonmoving –that can exist without Me.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.39)

The above statements are only made by Lord Krishna. This is because He is the only God and thus only He can make such statements.

“Those who are devotees of other gods and who worship them with faith actually worship only Me, O son of Kunti, but they do so in a wrong way. I am the only enjoyer and master of all sacrifices. Therefore, those who do not recognize My true transcendental nature fall down.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.23-24)

“Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend. Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 18.65-66)

Beard is a by Product of the Body

Beard is a by Product of the Body

Anyone with some basic human biology knowledge will know that, hair is essentially a by product of the body, just like stool.

A Bhagavad-Gita follower will not keep a beard, because he will think of it as stool on the face.

Swami Srila Prabhupada, a top most follower and preacher of the Bhagavad-Gita,  instructed his followers not to keep mustaches and beards.

if one cannot afford a razor or is traveling in the jungles and thus does not have time or access to water, or lives in a cave. Then it is understandable to have a beard. Otherwise one should not keep stool on the face (a beard).

Men who have taken vows to follow the Brahminical principles, should not have a beard nor hair on the head, they should be clean shaven on the head and face. Other men can have hair on the head but not on the face. The hair on the head is for the purpose of retaining the body heat. There is no need to retain the body heat from the face.

Women should not cut their hair, they should have long hair so it can be used to protect their private parts when needed, and the long hair makes women feminine, of which being motherly is one feminine quality. Women who cut their hair have the highest chances of losing their feminine qualities. The main feminine qualities are motherly affection, patience, faithfulness, fine speech, memory, and fame. The gopis are the topmost devotees of Lord Krishna and none of them have a boy cut, they all have long hair.

“..Among women I am fame, fortune, fine speech, memory, intelligence, steadfastness and patience.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.34)

It’s due to degradation of human consciousness, which includes  laziness, that men are keeping beards thinking they look good. Even some women like men with stool on their face (a beard). If these women had stool ( a beard) on their face, would they like it? One should not wish onto others what they do not wish on themselves.

Science of the Universes

Science of the Universes

Science in the Vedic Scriptures – Part 2

The Shape of the Universes and Planets

“This universal egg, or the universe in the shape of an egg, is called the manifestation of material energy..” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 3.25.52)

The Sanskrit word ‘Andam’ is used to describe the shape of the universe in the original Srimad-Bhagavatam verses which are all in Sanskrit and written down more than 5000 years ago. ‘Andam’ means egg like.

The Vedic scriptures fully describe the process of creation. To summarize: The universes are coming from Lord Krishna like bubbles and within each universe there are many bubbles (planets). Thus, the universes and planets are like egg shaped.

How Many Universes?

There are unlimited universes, because the real God, Lord Krishna, is omnipotent. He has unlimited power and thus He can create unlimited universes.

“Combining all the different elements, the Supreme Lord created all the universes. Those universes are unlimited in number; there is no possibility of counting them. (Caitanya Caritamrta Madhya 20.277)

Lifespan and Age of Universe

The lifespan of the universe is 311.040 trillion years. We have so far passed 155.522 trillion years. This is the age of the universe. We have another 155.518 trillion years to go before the end of the universe and the current cycle. Then a new cycle will begin, creation is cyclic.

“O son of Kunti, at the end of the millennium all material manifestations enter into My nature, and at the beginning of another millennium, by My potency, I create them again.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.7)

Millennium in the above verse refers to one cycle, which is 311.040 trillion years. The above verse also states that creation is cyclic.

There is no being – moving or non-moving – that can exist without Me.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 10.39)

The above are very strong and very clear statement made by Lord Krishna to show that He is the real God. One will NEVER find statements like the above in any non-Vedic scriptures. This is because only God can make such statements and He does so only in the scriptures of Sanatan-Dharma. In the non-Vedic scriptures, God is created by the compiler and in the Vedic scriptures, God is the compiler.

What Do Other Religions Teach?

The scriptures of other religions do not mention anything about other universes. They don’t go beyond this planet and also, they don’t go beyond a few thousand years of time. Based on the Abrahamic scriptures, everything was created about 6000 years ago. The Islamic Quran very clearly states in several verses that the world is flat (Quran 20:53, 15:19, 50:7, 51:48, 79:30, 88:20, 91:6).

“Who has made earth for you like a bed (spread out).” (Quran 20:53)

Even a child knows that the earth is NOT flat, it is egg shaped, as written down  5000 years ago in the Vedic scriptures.

Based on the Vatican (Christianity), this is the only planet with life. The Vatican is very much afraid of scientists discovering life beyond this planet.

The Abrahamic knowledge is recently created and very limited (just one book), and not eternal and vast like the Vedic knowledge (thousands of books). Although the Abrahamic followers have their arguments and reasoning. Modern people advanced in science and philosophy will clearly see that the Abrahamic knowledge is not very sound nor scientific and thus unacceptable.

The Aim of Following Sanatan-Dharma

The Aim of Following Sanatan-Dharma

The aim of following Sanatan-Dharma is simply to attain love of God. This is unique to Sanatan-Dharma. In other beliefs, they want sense gratification (sex, wine, paradise, other material enjoyments), and they want their bills (sins) to be paid by others.

We don’t want virgins.
We don’t want paradise.
We don’t want wine.
We don’t want any material benefits.
We don’t want anyone else to suffer for our sins. We will pay our own bills (karma).

We just want to serve and love God.

“Being freed from attachment, fear and anger, being fully absorbed in Me and taking refuge in Me, many, many persons in the past became purified by knowledge of Me – and thus they all attained transcendental love for Me.“ (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 4.10)

Life’s desires should never be directed toward sense gratification. One should desire only a healthy life, or self-preservation, since a human being is meant for inquiry about the Absolute Truth. Nothing else should be the goal of one’s works.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.2.10)

If one wants to serve and love God, then one must follow Sanatan-Dharma. Only in Sanatan-Dharma there is a real proven person who declared and proved Himself as God, Lord Krishna. All other so called gods are just names in books or ordinary men who are imposters. They have never exhibited the qualities of God.

The man made belief systems attract followers by promising paradise, sex, wine, and material objects. Lord Krishna promises eternal spiritual life with Him in a companionship relationship.

“Engage your mind always in thinking of Me, become My devotee, offer obeisances to Me and worship Me. Being completely absorbed in Me, surely you will come to Me.” (Lord Krishna, Bhagavad-Gita 9.34)
